General Manager: Mark Dutton
Mark joined A Few Cool Hardware Stores in 2009 as a part-time cashier at Federal Hill Ace. It was the start of what he calls his “encore” career after 20 years heading up sales and marketing for luxury hotels, which allowed him to travel all over the world. Clearly, we couldn’t let his talent go to waste, and within a year, he transferred to Waverly Ace, where he rose from assistant manager to manager by the spring of 2012. He did such an amazing job, he was chosen to open our new store Canton Ace in September 2012.
Mark loves working with his staff and being a part of the Canton neighborhood. He’s dedicated to warm welcomes and giving his wonderful customers a “WOW” shopping experience with every visit. Stop by and say hi any time!
